Pune Land Deal Bolsters Senior Living Expansion

The acquisition follows Ashiana Housing's strong quarterly and annual financial results. In the fourth quarter, area booked rose to 11.19 lakh sq ft from 8.48 lakh sq ft year-on-year, with sales value more than doubling to ₹1,289.7 crore. For the full fiscal year 2025-26, Ashiana Housing achieved its highest-ever annual sales value, reaching ₹2,421.47 crore. The senior living segment specifically saw its best performance, recording ₹570.15 crore in sales for FY26, up from ₹382.90 crore in the prior year.
