Pune Land Deal Bolsters Senior Living Expansion
Ashiana Housing acquired 28.55 acres in Vadgaon, Pune district, for a new senior living project. The development is expected to generate ₹1,800 crore in sales from an estimated 20 lakh square feet of saleable area. This is the company's largest land deal to date for its senior living segment.
Record Sales Underpin Expansion
The acquisition follows Ashiana Housing's strong quarterly and annual financial results. In the fourth quarter, area booked rose to 11.19 lakh sq ft from 8.48 lakh sq ft year-on-year, with sales value more than doubling to ₹1,289.7 crore. For the full fiscal year 2025-26, Ashiana Housing achieved its highest-ever annual sales value, reaching ₹2,421.47 crore. The senior living segment specifically saw its best performance, recording ₹570.15 crore in sales for FY26, up from ₹382.90 crore in the prior year.
Market Reacts Positively to Deal and Results
Ashiana Housing shares climbed 3.45% on April 10, closing at ₹321.95 on the BSE, after the company announced the Pune land deal and reported its robust financial figures. During the quarter, the company also launched 849 units across various projects, showing ongoing development momentum.
