Singapore-based AT Capital is investing ₹10,000 crore into its Indian subsidiary, Experion Developers, to fund land acquisition and project growth. This move targets expansion in the National Capital Region and tier-2 cities, following the developer’s reported sales of ₹3,700 crore in the 2025-26 fiscal year.
Singapore-based investment firm AT Capital has approved a fresh infusion of ₹10,000 crore into Experion Developers, its real estate arm in India. This capital commitment is intended to support an aggressive expansion plan, with approximately 60% of the funds designated for acquiring strategic land banks. This investment follows a period of growth for the developer, which has built a portfolio of 12 projects across key urban markets, including Gurugram, Noida, Lucknow, and Amritsar.
The company’s operational scale has grown, with a total built-up area of 11 million square feet currently under its portfolio. Financially, Experion Developers reported sales of ₹3,700 crore in the 2025-26 fiscal year, showing a significant increase from the ₹2,200 crore recorded in the previous year. This growth highlights the rising demand for residential projects in major urban centers and the potential for expansion into high-growth tier-2 cities, where the developer is now looking for new opportunities.
Alongside this expansion, the developer is shifting its focus toward wellness-oriented architecture, moving away from traditional amenities to prioritize health-focused construction. This strategy has already seen success, with the launch of the Experion Saatori project in Noida generating roughly ₹1,800 crore in sales across 400 units. By integrating these features, the firm aims to appeal to homebuyers who place higher value on personal and environmental well-being.
While this investment provides significant capital, the real estate sector in India involves inherent risks. For any developer, a heavy focus on land acquisition carries the risk of capital being locked up for long periods before project approval and construction. Furthermore, the real estate market is sensitive to economic factors such as interest rates, regulatory changes, and local demand fluctuations. The success of this expansion will depend on the firm’s ability to execute these new projects on time and manage costs effectively in a competitive market like the National Capital Region.
Investors and industry observers will likely monitor the company’s progress in securing these land parcels and the subsequent pace of project launches. The ability to maintain sales momentum while scaling up operations in both existing and new geographies will be a key factor to watch as the company deploys this significant capital infusion.
