The suspect, identified as Maqsood Ali, was detained following intelligence gathered during the interrogation of Mohammad Nabeel, who was taken into custody in Azamgarh on September 12.
Investigators allege that Ali acted as a technical operative for the module, using his coding skills to build a proprietary, encrypted communication application known as the "CAPTAIN M NETWORK." Authorities believe this software was designed to provide a secure channel for the group, allowing members to coordinate radical activities and recruit new members while attempting to bypass digital surveillance.

According to reports from the ongoing investigation, the group used various social media platforms to disseminate radical literature, including content related to the creation of explosive devices.
