Poojaa Precision Engineering's SME IPO allotment process is expected today, July 31, following a massive subscription of 259.42 times. The company plans to use the ₹160 crore proceeds to expand its manufacturing capacity, including new magnesium-based component production. Investors can verify their allotment status through the BSE website or the registrar, MUFG Intime India.

The allotment process for the initial public offering (IPO) of Poojaa Precision Engineering concludes today, July 31. The ₹160-crore SME issue saw significant interest from investors, with the total subscription reaching 259.42 times the shares offered. This high level of demand was led by non-institutional investors who subscribed 342.50 times their quota, while retail interest also remained strong at 247.55 times.

Strategic Expansion Plans

The company intends to utilize the funds raised through this public issue to scale its manufacturing operations. A key focus is the expansion of its Unit III facility, where it plans to add 15,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) of melting capacity and 6,600 MTPA in component manufacturing and finishing. Additionally, the company is diversifying into magnesium-based precision components by establishing a new Unit IV. For the fiscal year 2026, the company reported operational revenue of ₹293.86 crore and a profit after tax of ₹30.90 crore.

Allotment and Listing Details

Investors who participated in the IPO can verify their allotment status online. The process is available through the official portal of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) or via the registrar, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. Applicants will need their PAN details, application number, or DP/Client ID to check the results. While unofficial grey market premium reports have suggested strong potential listing gains, these figures are speculative and do not reflect official trading prices or guarantee future performance.

Following the finalization of the allotment, shares are expected to be credited to the successful applicants' demat accounts. The stock is tentatively scheduled to begin trading on the BSE SME platform on August 4. Investors should monitor the upcoming listing and subsequent management commentary regarding the execution and timeline of the planned capacity expansions in Units III and IV, as these projects are central to the company’s growth strategy.
