Nestlé Business Solutions has opened a new Global Capability Center in Hyderabad in partnership with Genpact. This facility will use artificial intelligence and data analytics to streamline the company's global operations. Nestlé Group, the global food and beverage giant, has established a new subsidiary in India called Nestlé Business Services India Private Limited. Located in Hyderabad, this entity will operate as a Global Capability Center (GCC) dedicated to managing shared business services for the company’s worldwide network. The center is being set up in collaboration with Genpact, a technology services firm known for its expertise in digital operations and process intelligence.
