SIMCA Advertising Profit Climbs 60% to Rs 12.14 Crore

SIMCA Advertising reported a profit of Rs 12.14 crore for H1 FY26-27, a 60.3% increase from the previous year. Revenue more than doubled to Rs 109.24 crore as the company expanded its Digital Out-of-Home network and entered the airport advertising space. Investors may focus on the execution of these new contracts and the company's ability to maintain margins while scaling operations.

SIMCA Advertising Limited has reported strong financial performance for the first half of the financial year 2026-27, with net profit rising by 60.3% to Rs 12.14 crore. This growth in the bottom line follows a substantial increase in business activity, with the company’s revenue more than doubling to reach Rs 109.24 crore during the six-month period ending September 30, 2026. In the same period last year, the company had reported a profit of Rs 7.57 crore on a revenue base of Rs 48.71 crore.

The company’s growth has been driven by its focus on expanding the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising network. This expansion has increased the company's inventory reach and market visibility, allowing it to capture larger contracts. By strengthening its digital presence, the company has been able to diversify its offerings beyond traditional advertising formats, helping it secure new business in competitive segments.

A key development for the company is its strategic entry into the airport advertising space, marked by a recent contract at Shirdi Airport. This move into high-traffic infrastructure projects is part of a broader strategy to diversify the portfolio. Additionally, the company has secured new business within the financial services sector, which has consistently been a high-value category for media firms. These efforts complement earlier business wins reported this fiscal year, valued at approximately Rs 35.26 crore.

The company’s profit before tax also saw a significant rise of 60.7%, reaching Rs 16.36 crore, compared to Rs 10.18 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. This financial performance highlights the impact of the company's current operational efficiency measures and the successful scaling of its new business mandates.

For investors, the key monitorables moving forward will include the effective execution of these new airport and DOOH projects. As the company expands into high-traffic environments, the ability to manage operational costs and maintain profit margins while scaling the business will be important. Furthermore, the firm’s success in retaining high-value clients in sectors like financial services will provide better insight into the long-term sustainability of this growth trajectory in the evolving advertising market.
