The subscription period will be from November 4 to November 7. The company has set a price band of Rs 95-100 per share. At the higher end of this band, Groww is expected to achieve a valuation of nearly Rs 62,000 crore. The IPO proceeds will see Rs 1,060 crore going to Groww itself, while existing shareholders, predominantly private equity investors, will collectively offload stakes valued at Rs 5,572 crore.
