Xtranet Technologies IPO Allotment: How to Check Your Status

Xtranet Technologies finalizes its share allotment today, July 28, following a 12.24 times subscription. Investors can check their status through the registrar, KFin Technologies, as the stock prepares for its expected listing on July 30.

Detailed Coverage

The allotment process for the Xtranet Technologies initial public offering concludes today, July 28. Investors who applied for the Rs 166.80-crore issue can verify their application status through the portal of the official registrar, KFin Technologies Ltd. The company is scheduled to list its shares on the BSE and NSE on July 30, following a three-day bidding window that ended on July 27.

Strong Subscription and Institutional Interest

The public issue witnessed healthy demand, receiving bids for over 11.25 crore shares against the 91.93 lakh shares offered. This resulted in an overall subscription of 12.24 times. The non-institutional segment was the most active, with a subscription rate of 26.65 times, while retail investors subscribed 8.98 times. Before the public launch, the company secured Rs 50.04 crore from 10 anchor investors, including Taurus Midcap MF and Steptrade Revolution Fund, at the upper price band of Rs 127 per share.

Financial Performance and Use of Funds

For the financial year ended March 2026, the company reported a net profit of Rs 40.73 crore on total revenue of Rs 366.01 crore. These figures represent a growth of 36% in profit and 32% in income compared to the previous year. The capital raised from this IPO is intended to strengthen the balance sheet through debt repayment and support expansion. The company plans to use the net proceeds for capital spending on new system and hardware installations, as well as to cover its daily working capital requirements.

Understanding Listing Expectations

Market participants often monitor the grey market premium (GMP) as an indicator of listing sentiment. Current trends place the GMP at approximately Rs 7.5 per share. While this figure suggests a potential listing gain of about 6-7% over the upper price band of Rs 127, investors should note that the grey market is an unofficial, unregulated platform. Actual listing prices on the stock exchange can differ significantly from these estimates depending on market conditions, investor sentiment on the day of listing, and overall sector performance.

For those who do not receive an allotment, the process of refunding the application money to their bank accounts is expected to commence by July 29. Successful applicants will see the shares credited to their demat accounts before the listing date. Investors should closely follow the official communication from the registrar or the exchange platforms regarding the exact time of listing and any subsequent corporate filings.
