The company has fixed a price band of ₹200 to ₹212 per equity share for this maiden offering.
The public issue comprises a fresh issuance of up to 95.05 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 23.76 lakh shares by the promoter, Kartikey Constructions. Prospective anchor investors will be able to participate in the bidding process on August 6. The company intends to direct ₹150 crore of the fresh issue proceeds toward meeting its working capital requirements, while the remainder will support general corporate activities and cover the expenses related to the offering.
Order Book and Financial Growth
As of July 15, 2026, Technocraft Ventures reported an order book worth ₹1,320.73 crore, which includes 19 active projects. The firm has shown growth in its financial metrics, reporting revenue from operations of ₹344.99 crore for the 2026 fiscal year, compared to ₹279.56 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax also improved significantly, rising to ₹43.32 crore from ₹28.20 crore in the preceding year.
Business Context and Operations
Since its incorporation in 1998, the company has concentrated on public infrastructure, including roads, highways, water and wastewater management, and electrical transmission systems. Its client base consists primarily of state governments and government agencies. While its current operations are concentrated in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi, the company is actively expanding its presence into Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Odisha.
As an EPC contractor, the company's performance is often tied to the timely execution of government contracts and the availability of funds from state agencies.
