Seven IPOs To Open Next Week, Aiming To Raise ₹5,254 Crore

India’s primary market remains active with seven new IPOs launching between July 20 and July 27. These offerings seek to raise over ₹5,254 crore, headlined by the Cube Highways Trust InvIT. Investors are also preparing for five upcoming stock market listings, reflecting continued interest in new market entrants.

The Indian primary market is entering a busy phase, with seven companies preparing to launch their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the week starting July 20, 2026. These companies plan to collectively raise approximately ₹5,254 crore, providing investors with a variety of choices across different sectors and market segments.

Major Offerings and Infrastructure Trusts

The most significant event of the week is the public issue of the Cube Highways Trust InvIT, which is scheduled to open for subscription on July 22 and close on July 24. With an issue size of ₹5,000 crore and a price band of ₹151-152 per unit, this offering is an Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning existing shareholders are selling their units to the public. Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) are often monitored by investors for the dividend yield and steady cash flows typically generated by road and infrastructure assets.

Other notable mainboard activity includes Indo-MIM, a precision engineering firm, which plans to raise funds through a combination of a ₹500 crore fresh issue and an Offer for Sale of 6.82 crore shares. Xtranet Technologies is also launching an IPO to raise ₹170 crore, with plans to use the fresh capital to repay debt and cover operational expenses. Lohia Corp’s IPO will consist entirely of an Offer for Sale by the promoter family, meaning the proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders rather than the company.

SME Segment and Upcoming Listings

The Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment remains active as well, with three issues scheduled for launch. Gulf Lloyds India opens its fixed-price issue on July 20, followed by Metalic Technoforge on July 21 and Shree Balaji Mala Textiles on July 22. These smaller offerings often see different volatility patterns compared to mainboard IPOs due to lower liquidity and smaller company sizes.

In addition to new launches, five companies are set to debut on the stock exchanges. SBI Funds Management will list on July 21, followed by Alpine Texworld and Millworks Technologies on the BSE SME exchange. Later in the week, Sotefin Bharat and Caliber Mining & Logistics are scheduled to list on July 23 and July 24, respectively.

Investor Context and Monitoring

While high grey market interest—such as the 117% premium reported for Millworks Technologies—can signal strong demand, investors should remember that grey market premiums are unofficial and do not guarantee listing-day performance. When evaluating these IPOs, it is important to look beyond the immediate hype. For companies like Xtranet Technologies that are using funds for debt repayment, investors should assess the company's existing debt levels and cash flow health. For infrastructure trusts like Cube Highways, the focus should be on the quality of the underlying assets and the track record of the sponsors. Before applying, investors should review the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) of each company to understand the specific risks, including potential regulatory issues, sector-specific pressures, and the company's historical financial performance.
