Ravita Engineering IPO Opens Oct 13: Price Band and Details

Kolkata-based Ravita Engineering Services launches its Rs 116.05 crore IPO on October 13, 2026. The company provides HVAC and industrial compressor solutions. Investors should note this is an SME listing on NSE Emerge, which involves specific liquidity risks compared to mainboard stocks.

Kolkata-based Ravita Engineering Services is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on October 13, 2026. The company aims to raise Rs 116.05 crore through this fresh issue of shares. Prospective investors have a three-day window to subscribe, with the offer closing on October 15, 2026. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 105 to Rs 112 per share, and anchor investors will participate in the subscription on October 12, 2026. The company’s shares are scheduled to list on the NSE Emerge platform, a segment specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Ravita Engineering operates as a provider of turnkey electro-mechanical projects. Its business model focuses on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, alongside industrial chiller plants and compressors. Beyond installation, the company also manages operation and maintenance contracts for its clients. The company’s financial records show a period of rapid expansion. For the fiscal year ended March 2026, the company reported a 137 percent increase in profit to Rs 28 crore, while revenue grew by 155.6 percent to Rs 277.6 crore. More recently, for the June 2026 quarter, it recorded a net profit of Rs 10.13 crore on revenue of Rs 97.3 crore.

The capital raised from this IPO will be used for specific corporate and operational needs. The company plans to deploy the funds toward supporting its long-term working capital requirements, acquiring heavy equipment, and addressing general corporate expenses. This capital injection is intended to help the company scale its operations to meet the demand in its industrial project pipeline.

Investors should be aware of the inherent risks associated with SME-platform IPOs. Unlike larger companies listed on the main board, SME stocks can face lower liquidity, which may impact the ease of buying or selling shares. Additionally, the company functions within a highly competitive sector where project execution is key. Any unexpected delays in project completion, cost overruns, or volatility in raw material prices could place pressure on profit margins. The company’s ability to sustain its recent growth rates will depend on its success in managing these operational variables. Investors monitoring the company may look for updates on order book execution and future quarterly performance to assess how the business manages its expansion and working capital needs in the coming periods.
