Fintech firm Paramotor Digital Technology has received SEBI’s final approval to launch its IPO after a confidential pre-filing in May 2026. The company, which reported a net profit of ₹29.2 crore in FY25, plans to list on NSE and BSE. Investors should note the issue is a 100% offer-for-sale, meaning existing shareholders are selling their stake rather than raising fresh capital for the company's own growth.
Paramotor Digital Technology Ltd has moved a step closer to becoming a publicly traded company after receiving the final observation from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on August 25, 2026. The firm, which had opted for the confidential pre-filing route earlier in May, is now permitted to proceed with its initial public offering on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Founded in 2016, the company operates across the digital technology space with a focus on fintech and software services. Its business model is built around four primary segments. These include SpendPro, which handles prepaid cards; RewardOn, a loyalty management suite; the digital gifting portal yayyy.shop; and DevStack, which provides enterprise-grade software services. By combining consumer financial services with enterprise technology, the company aims to benefit from the ongoing digitalization of the Indian economy.
Financial performance indicates that the firm is profitable. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, Paramotor Digital Technology reported revenue of ₹112 crore and a net profit of ₹29.2 crore. While these figures establish a track record of earnings, investors should note that the upcoming IPO structure is entirely an offer-for-sale. In an offer-for-sale, existing shareholders sell their shares to the public, and the company does not receive any new funds from the issue to spend on its own expansion or capital projects.
The company has appointed Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Equirus Capital as the book-running lead managers to handle the process. As the offering moves toward the launch phase, the firm will need to finalize the specific timing of the issue, the price band, and the quantum of shares being sold.
Investors looking at the sector should consider that the fintech and enterprise software space in India is highly competitive. The company’s growth depends on the continued adoption of its niche digital platforms, which are sensitive to changing consumer behavior and evolving digital payment regulations. Since the company has not yet disclosed the final valuation or the timeline for the share sale, the next important updates for observers will be the filing of the red herring prospectus, which will contain details on risk factors, the exact dates for the subscription window, and the pricing of the shares.
