M K Sons Fine Jewels IPO Allotment Finalized; Listing on Nov 4

M K Sons Fine Jewels has finalized its IPO allotment today, November 2, following a 5.09 times subscription. Successful applicants can expect shares to arrive in their demat accounts by November 3. The company is set to debut on the stock exchanges on November 4, 2026, as investors look toward its regional expansion strategy.

The allotment process for the M K Sons Fine Jewels initial public offering is now complete. Investors who applied for the Rs 275.4-crore public issue can check their allotment status today, November 2, 2026. The offering, which concluded on October 30, saw demand reach 5.09 times the total shares on offer. Non-institutional investors showed the most interest with a subscription rate of 14.12 times, while retail investors subscribed 3.08 times.

Successful applicants will see their shares credited to their demat accounts by November 3, 2026. The stock is scheduled to begin trading on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 4, 2026.

The company priced the issue between Rs 153 and Rs 162 per share. M K Sons intends to use approximately Rs 152.8 crore of the money raised to open new showrooms in Maharashtra and expand its existing presence in Gujarat. Additionally, the company plans to allocate Rs 30 crore toward debt reduction, which could help lower interest costs and improve its balance sheet stability.

While the expansion plans outline a path for growth, investors should consider the company’s current business structure. M K Sons currently operates a relatively small network of five showrooms concentrated in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. This regional concentration means the company’s performance is heavily tied to the economic health and consumer demand in these two specific areas. If the expansion into new regions takes longer than expected or faces delays, it could impact growth.

Another point for investors to monitor is the company’s business model. M K Sons relies on third-party manufacturers and job-work arrangements to create its jewelry, rather than producing most of its inventory in-house. This model helps reduce the need for large factory investments but makes the company dependent on the quality, cost, and reliability of external partners. Additionally, as a jewelry retailer, the company is inherently exposed to fluctuations in gold prices, which can affect profit margins and consumer demand.

Looking ahead, the market debut will be the next major event. Once the stock begins trading, investors will likely track whether the company can successfully execute its store expansion plans and maintain stable profit margins amid intense competition in the gems and jewelry sector.
