Kusumgar IPO Allotment Finalized Today: What Investors Should Know

Kusumgar Corporates finalizes share allotment today following an issue subscribed 128.85 times. With shares set to debut on July 15, investors should verify their allotment status through the registrar, Bigshare Services. The IPO, which consisted entirely of an offer for sale, saw strong interest from institutional and non-institutional buyers.

Kusumgar Corporates is moving toward its stock market debut on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, with the share allotment process scheduled for today, July 13. Investors who participated in the Rs 650-crore public issue can check their allotment status through the website of the registrar, Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd, or by visiting the official portals of the BSE and NSE.

The initial public offering concluded on July 10 with strong demand, reaching a subscription rate of 128.85 times the total shares offered. This high level of interest was led by Qualified Institutional Buyers, who subscribed 284.10 times their portion, while Non-Institutional Investors subscribed 165.46 times. Retail investor interest was also notable, with the retail portion subscribed 26.47 times.

Because the Rs 650-crore issue was structured entirely as an Offer for Sale, the company will not receive any of the proceeds from the IPO. Instead, the money raised goes directly to the selling shareholders who offloaded their stakes in the business. This means the company’s own balance sheet and cash flow remain unchanged by the capital raised in this offering.

For those who were not allotted shares, the process for initiating refunds is scheduled for July 14, 2026. Successful applicants should see the shares credited to their demat accounts by the same date, ahead of the stock exchange listing on July 15.

While high subscription numbers often indicate strong market interest, investors should remember that the listing performance on the first day is influenced by various market factors, including broader sector trends and overall stock market sentiment at the time of opening. Since this is an Offer for Sale, there is no direct impact on the company's capital spending plans or its debt position. Investors who have been allotted shares may track the company's upcoming quarterly financial results and management commentary following the listing to understand the long-term business strategy and growth execution.
