Integrum Energy Files DRHP For IPO; Plans Debt Reduction

Integrum Energy Infrastructure has filed its draft papers for an IPO, proposing a total issue of 2.41 crore shares including an offer for sale. The company intends to use the fresh proceeds to cut debt, support working capital, and fund expansion in the renewable sector. Investors may track the company's financial health and project execution history, noting this follows a previous attempt to list on the SME platform in 2025.

Integrum Energy Infrastructure has officially filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch an initial public offering. The proposal includes the issuance of 1.58 crore fresh equity shares, alongside an offer for sale (OFS) of 82.42 lakh shares by existing promoters and shareholders. This filing marks the company’s latest move to raise capital from public markets to scale its operations in the commercial and industrial renewable energy sector.

The Bengaluru-based company plans to allocate the proceeds from the fresh issue toward several business goals. A primary objective is to reduce the company's existing debt load, which is a common focus for firms in the capital-intensive renewable energy industry to improve balance sheet flexibility. Additionally, the company intends to use funds to procure wind turbine generators and related equipment through its subsidiary, Integrum Green Assets. The plan also includes acquiring a controlling interest in Stactiv Energy Services, which is expected to help the company integrate specialized energy management services into its offerings.

Integrum Energy reported that as of August 31, 2026, it had successfully commissioned 263.19 megawatts of renewable energy capacity. The company’s current executable order book stands at 241 megawatts, with a concentration in hybrid and wind-based projects. For investors, the ability to execute these projects on time and within budget will be a key factor to watch, as delays in infrastructure procurement or commissioning can impact profit margins and return on investment.

This IPO filing represents a significant change in the company's market strategy, as it follows an earlier, unsuccessful attempt to list on the SME platform in 2025. Moving from an SME listing plan to a mainboard IPO often involves stricter regulatory oversight and higher financial reporting standards. Investors may look for details in the final prospectus regarding how the company plans to sustain growth while managing the operational risks associated with renewable energy project execution. The company has engaged Mefcom Capital Markets, Centrum Broking, and Beeline Capital Advisors as lead managers to oversee the IPO process. The final approval from the regulator and the timing of the launch will be the next important updates for the market.
