ArMee Infotech IPO Opens Sept 23 to Raise ₹300 Crore

ArMee Infotech will open its ₹300 crore IPO for subscription on September 23, with proceeds dedicated to bank guarantees, working capital, and partial debt repayment. Investors may assess the company’s shift toward renewable energy alongside its core IT infrastructure business, keeping in mind the firm's existing debt levels.

Gujarat-based IT infrastructure firm ArMee Infotech is set to launch its initial public offering on September 23. The company aims to raise ₹300 crore entirely through a fresh issue of equity shares, with the offering remaining open for subscription until September 25. Anchor investors will be able to participate a day earlier, on September 22. The shares are expected to be allotted by September 28 and are likely to debut on the stock exchanges on September 30.

The funds raised are designated for specific operational needs. The company plans to allocate ₹155 crore—more than half of the total issue size—toward performance bank guarantees. Such guarantees are frequently required in infrastructure and service contracts to ensure that a company completes projects as promised. Additionally, ₹60 crore is earmarked for working capital requirements to support daily operations. A smaller portion of ₹6.5 crore will go toward repaying existing borrowings, while the remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.

As of June 2026, ArMee Infotech reported total outstanding borrowings of ₹318.54 crore. With only a small fraction of the IPO proceeds being used to retire debt, the company’s leverage position will remain a factor for investors to monitor.

ArMee Infotech’s business is split between its established IT services and newer renewable energy projects. In the financial year ending 2026, the company’s core IT infrastructure division—which supplies servers, computers, and maintenance services—accounted for 86% of its revenue. Managed services contributed another 5%. The remaining 9% came from its newer renewable energy vertical, which includes solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects, as well as battery storage systems.

The company’s financials showed moderate growth in the last fiscal year. Revenue for FY26 stood at ₹1,396.6 crore, compared to ₹1,313.3 crore in the previous year, marking a 6.3% increase. Net profit rose by 9.1% to reach ₹45.5 crore.

The issue is managed by Khandwala Securities and Saffron Capital Advisors. For those following the stock, the primary areas of focus will include the company's ability to maintain revenue growth in its IT business, the successful execution of its newer renewable energy projects, and how effectively it manages its debt obligations after the IPO. Tracking upcoming management commentary on project order books and the utilisation of the performance bank guarantees will also provide insight into the company's operational progress.
