ArMee Infotech IPO Allotment Finalized Today; Debut Set for Sept 30

ArMee Infotech is completing its share allotment process today following a 2.44 times subscription for its Rs 300-crore IPO. With the stock set to list on BSE and NSE on September 30, applicants can soon check their allotment status. The issue, which saw moderate demand across segments, currently shows a thin grey market premium, signaling cautious expectations for the listing day.

ArMee Infotech is conducting the share allotment process today for its Rs 300-crore initial public offering. This follows a three-day bidding window that concluded on September 25, during which the total investor response reached 2.44 times the shares on offer. Institutional investors showed the highest interest, with their reserved portion subscribed 3.20 times. Retail investors, who were required to bid for a minimum of 40 shares at a cost of Rs 15,000 per lot, covered their quota 2.65 times. The segment dedicated to non-institutional investors saw a subscription of 2.24 times.

Investors who participated in the IPO should see the shares credited to their demat accounts before the company begins trading on the BSE and NSE on September 30. For those who did not receive an allotment, the funds blocked during the application process via UPI or bank mandates will be released.

Unofficial trading in the grey market has shown a small premium of approximately Rs 6 per share, implying a potential opening price of Rs 381. This represents a gain of about 1.6 percent over the issue price band of Rs 350 to Rs 375. While this provides an early look at market sentiment, investors should treat such grey market figures as speculative rather than as a reliable indicator of how the stock will perform once it officially trades on the exchanges. The actual performance on the listing day will be driven by broader market conditions and investor demand once the stock is open for public trading.

Looking ahead, the company's future stock performance will largely depend on its ability to utilize the fresh capital to deliver on its planned business objectives. The moderate subscription levels highlight a cautious approach from investors during the offering phase.
