The company will undertake Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD) building at the NIMHANS Bangalore campus on a turnkey basis. The project is expected to be completed within a timeframe of 36 months.
This new order is a positive development for RITES, contributing to its order book and future revenue streams. The company recently also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) to explore collaborations in maritime logistics and multimodal transport solutions. Following the announcement of the NIMHANS order, RITES' share price saw an increase in intraday trading.
