Maiden Forgings, a leading manufacturer of bright steel bars and wires for over 35 years, has achieved a significant milestone by securing an official supplier registration with the Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) at Murad Nagar. This registration, obtained through the Centralized Vendor Registration process, is in addition to the company's pre-existing registration with OFB Kolkata.
Nishant Garg, Managing Director of Maiden Forgings, stated that this new accreditation strengthens the company's contribution to India's self-reliance in defense manufacturing. It marks a crucial step in expanding the company's presence in the Defense and B2G (Business-to-Government) segments. With extensive metallurgical expertise, advanced manufacturing facilities spanning over 1 lakh square feet across multiple locations in Ghaziabad, and a strong emphasis on quality, Maiden Forgings is well-positioned to meet the evolving demands of the defense sector.
Impact: This registration is expected to open up new avenues for substantial business opportunities with the Ordnance Factory Board, potentially leading to increased order volumes, revenue growth, and enhanced market positioning for Maiden Forgings within the critical defense sector. It reinforces investor confidence in the company's strategic growth initiatives and its role in national defense preparedness. Rating: 7/10.
