This new technology is designed to offer passengers consistent and personalized support across all communication channels, including voice and chat, in multiple languages such as English, Hindi, and regional dialects. The AI solution will function as an intelligent concierge, providing instant access to critical travel information like flight updates, gate assignments, baggage status, navigation within the airport, and details on various airport services. It will be available 24/7.
