This significant topline growth translated into a 63.0% surge in profit after tax, which reached ₹78.06 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. Profit before tax also expanded considerably, climbing 61.8% to ₹101.40 crore, with earnings per share rising to ₹6.96 from ₹4.30 in the prior year.
For the full fiscal year, Skipper Ltd delivered a commendable 20.1% increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹5,552.82 crore. Annual profit after tax grew by 42.7% to ₹213.13 crore, underscoring operational efficiency across the fiscal year. Annual earnings per share rose to ₹18.88 from ₹13.86 in the previous year.
Beyond the financial metrics, the Board of Directors proposed a dividend of 10%, or ₹0.10 per equity share of face value ₹1, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also announced governance updates, including an amendment to its Articles of Association and the redesignation of Mr G.S. Sainath as Chief Business Officer of Skipper Pipes, effective April 28, 2026.
Segmental Strength and Outlook
The company's core segments continue to be strong drivers. Engineering Products generated the highest revenue at ₹1,248.74 crore in Q4FY26, complemented by contributions from Infrastructure Projects (₹257.86 crore) and Polymer Products (₹159.98 crore). Strong order execution across power transmission, telecom poles, Railway electrification, and PVC pipes provides sustained revenue visibility for the company heading into the next fiscal year.
