This move supports Motherson's growth and enhances global logistics capabilities while adhering to net-zero targets.

Global Automotive Logistics Consolidation

The strategic alliance, incorporated in Dubai, is designed to offer integrated third-party and fourth-party logistics services globally, excluding Japan. It taps into Hellmann's extensive global network and advanced technology alongside Motherson's profound automotive supply chain knowledge, providing access to over 30,000 suppliers and established OEM relationships.

Aiming for Resilient Supply Chains

This joint venture aims to deliver greater stability, predictability, and efficiency across global logistics operations. By combining the strengths of both organizations, the partnership intends to create resilient and agile logistics networks crucial for the automotive industry and other clients with critical logistics requirements. The venture will also bolster Motherson's expanding global manufacturing presence.

Sustainability Commitments

Both Samvardhana Motherson International and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics have committed to carbon net-zero targets. Their collaboration will actively support industry-wide sustainability initiatives, integrating environmental responsibility into the core of their new logistics solutions.
