Major Order Secured

The order, awarded by a domestic entity whose name is being withheld for confidentiality, will be executed over a 17-month period. Interarch Building Solutions confirmed a 10% advance payment has been received along with the letter of intent. Neither the company's promoter nor the promoter group has any stake in the client entity.

Strong Financial Performance

This significant order comes on the heels of a strong second-quarter financial performance. Interarch Building Solutions reported a 52% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching ₹491.1 crore. Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) saw a notable surge of 65%, climbing to ₹41.7 crore from ₹25.3 crore in the prior year's corresponding quarter. The EBITDA margin also expanded by 70 basis points to 8.5%.

Growth Outlook

Manish Garg of Interarch Building Solutions expressed confidence in the company's trajectory, maintaining the growth guidance of 17.5% for the fiscal year 2026. He noted robust ground-level demand and anticipated further margin improvements. Despite the positive developments, shares of Interarch Building Solutions Ltd closed at ₹2,094.00 on the BSE, marking a decrease of ₹63.30, or 2.93%.
