Indo MIM Ltd will launch its ₹3,811 crore IPO on July 23, with a price band set at ₹461-485 per share. The company, which specializes in metal injection molding technology, plans to use the fresh issue proceeds primarily to reduce its debt. Investors can bid for a minimum of 30 shares.
Indo MIM Ltd is set to enter the public markets with an initial public offering (IPO) opening for subscription on July 23, 2026. The company has fixed its price band between ₹461 and ₹485 per share, aiming for a total market valuation of approximately ₹24,000 crore at the upper end. The subscription window for this issue will remain open until July 27, 2026, with the listing expected on the BSE and NSE on July 30, 2026.
The offering is structured as a mix of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The fresh equity issuance aims to raise ₹500 crore, which the company intends to use for the repayment or prepayment of its outstanding loans. Given that the company reported total borrowings of ₹1,090 crore as of March 31, 2026, this infusion is a strategic step toward strengthening its balance sheet and reducing interest costs. The remaining ₹3,311 crore of the issue comprises an offer for sale by existing investors, including Green Meadows Investments Ltd, Anuradha Koduri, and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, meaning these proceeds will go to the selling shareholders rather than the company.
Founded in 1996, Indo MIM operates as a precision engineering company specializing in metal injection molding (MIM). The company serves a diverse client base across sectors such as automotive, defense, medical, consumer goods, and aerospace. It maintains a global manufacturing footprint with 15 facilities spread across India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the company recorded a profit after tax of ₹534 crore on revenue from operations of ₹4,193 crore, representing a 26% growth compared to the previous year. Its EBITDA for the same period stood at ₹1,071 crore.
For retail investors, the minimum bid requirement is 30 shares, which equates to an investment of ₹14,550 at the upper price band. The allocation structure reserves 50% for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail participants. As the company moves toward its public debut, the key focus for investors will be the sustainability of its profit margins and its ability to maintain its competitive position in the global precision engineering market. The success of its deleveraging plan through the fresh issue will be an important metric to track, as it directly impacts the company’s future financial flexibility.
