Bahuvan Jagarnathpur Highway Private Limited, has been granted the appointed date for a crucial highway project in Uttar Pradesh. The Superintending Engineer of the National Highways Circle, PWD Lucknow, formally designated January 16, 2026, as the commencement date for the upgrade of a 63.84 km section of National Highway 227B, popularly referred to as the "84 Kosi Parikrama Marg."

This ambitious undertaking is being developed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), with a total project cost estimated at ₹763.11 crore, approximately USD 92 million. The HAM model allows for a phased payment structure, reducing immediate financial burden.
Construction Timeline and Mobilisation
With the appointed date now effective, the construction phase for this significant infrastructure project is officially slated to last two years. This milestone paves the way for resource mobilisation and the immediate commencement of detailed construction activities, promising improved transportation efficiency and connectivity for the region.
