Federal Card Services (FCS), a US-based premium payment card producer, has committed $250 million to establish a significant manufacturing, technology, and services facility in Pune, India. This investment aims to create over 1,000 jobs and will serve as a key hub in FCS's global network. The facility, expected to start operations in February 2026, will initially produce 2 million cards annually, with plans to scale up to 26.7 million. FCS also plans to take equity stakes in Indian banks and startups that adopt its products.
