Dilip Buildcon has been declared the lowest bidder (L-1) for National Aluminium Company's (NALCO) Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) contract. The project involves developing and operating the Pottangi Bauxite Mines and building an Overland Conveyor Corridor (OLCC). The total contract value is Rs 5,000 crore over 25 years, covering 84 million tonnes of bauxite. The initial three-year EPC phase is valued at Rs 1,750 crore.
