India has launched an anti-dumping probe into Polyester Textured Yarn (PTY) imports from China following a complaint by Reliance Industries. This action comes as the government withdraws Quality Control Orders (QCOs) on industrial inputs, raising concerns about increased low-priced imports. The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) found preliminary evidence of dumping and harm to the domestic industry.
