Bosch Limited has partnered with TSF Group companies Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited to create a new joint venture focused on the commercial vehicle sector.
Merging Expertise for Advanced Air Systems
This collaboration will engineer, manufacture, and distribute advanced, electronically controlled air system products. The venture combines Bosch's strengths in software and control systems with Wheels India's and Brakes India's established expertise in mechanical manufacturing. The partnership aims to develop intelligent components such as electronically controlled air compression, air processing, air suspension, and parking brake systems for commercial vehicles. Operations are scheduled to begin by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
