3M India has inaugurated its new Electronics Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This facility is designed to act as a hub for customers to explore, test, and co-develop tailored solutions across key sectors like consumer electronics, semiconductors, and industrial automation. The center, situated within the existing 3M India Research and Development Center in Electronics City, will also highlight 3M's extensive portfolio of electronics-related products. These include conductive materials, thermal management materials, semiconductor materials, electronics abrasives, and electronics bonding solutions.
Dr. Steven Vander Louw, President of 3M Display & Electronics Product Platforms, stated that India's emergence as a global electronics manufacturing hub is significant, and 3M is proud to contribute to this growth. He emphasized that the center brings 3M's scientific expertise closer to its customers, facilitating quicker problem-solving and the creation of sustainable innovations.
Ramesh Ramadurai, Managing Director of 3M India, added that the center will help the company capitalize on emerging opportunities and further support the growth of India's electronics ecosystem. The company aims to deepen its partnerships within the electronics sector.
