BirlaNu, a part of the CKA Birla Group, is establishing its first Fibre Cement Board plant in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The initial investment is ₹127 crore, projected to create 600 direct and indirect jobs. This facility will cater to rising demand in Andhra Pradesh and serve as a base for regional and export markets. Future phases plan for PVC Pipes & Fittings and Construction Chemicals units. The plant will utilize fly ash, promoting sustainability.
