Lord's Mark Industries Targets ₹1,550 Crore Revenue By FY27

Lord's Mark Industries has announced an ambitious growth roadmap, aiming for at least ₹1,550 crore in revenue by FY2027. The company is pivoting toward healthcare expansion while planning to demerge its renewable energy business to streamline operations and unlock shareholder value.

Lord's Mark Industries Limited, which listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange in July 2026, has set clear financial and operational targets to scale its healthcare footprint. The company aims to achieve a consolidated revenue of at least ₹1,550 crore by Fiscal Year 2027, marking a growth of over 20% year-on-year. Along with this, management has projected a Profit After Tax of ₹178 crore, reflecting an expected margin of 11.4%.

Corporate Restructuring and Demerger

To sharpen its focus, the Board of Directors has proposed a demerger of the company's renewable energy and LED business. This segment will be housed under a new entity, Lords Shakti Power Limited, with the process expected to be completed by March 2027. Lord's Mark Industries plans to retain a 60% stake in this demerged entity, while existing shareholders will receive mirror equity. This move is designed to simplify the company’s business structure and allow for independent valuation of the healthcare and energy verticals.

Healthcare Expansion Plans

The core of the company’s growth strategy lies in specialized healthcare services. Lord's Mark is entering the advanced oncology space, with plans to set up an oncology hospital network in tier-2 cities. Initial pilot projects include two 70-bed hospitals in Vapi and Solapur. To support this hospital expansion, the company plans to raise ₹200 crore in debt in December 2026. Additionally, the company is diversifying into advanced treatments, such as CAR-T cell therapy, through an exclusive global partnership, with the first centers planned for Mumbai and Bangalore by March 2027. It also intends to launch 50 dialysis centers using its proprietary RENALOS machines.

Growth Drivers and Financial Risks

The company is betting on its diagnostic portfolio and medical device platforms, such as 'Onco Spectra' and 'TB Truth,' alongside its newly licensed 'Biomescan' gut microbiome analytics platform, to drive revenue. However, these aggressive expansion plans come with distinct challenges. Investors should note the execution risk inherent in scaling high-cost, specialized services like oncology hospitals and CAR-T therapy.

Furthermore, the proposed ₹200 crore debt raise for hospital infrastructure will increase the company’s borrowings. The financial impact of this debt on interest coverage ratios and the ability to maintain the target 11.4% profit margin will be key monitorables. Given the company's recent listing, the stock may also experience higher volatility as it navigates the complexities of corporate restructuring and large-scale operational shifts. The success of this strategy will depend heavily on the timely execution of hospital projects, the uptake of new diagnostic services, and the company's ability to manage its balance sheet effectively during the expansion phase.
