Punjab-based ABH Healthcare is launching a ₹34.98 crore IPO on August 24, 2026, with shares priced between ₹96 and ₹102. The company plans to use nearly half the funds to repay debt, aiming to strengthen its balance sheet. Investors should evaluate the company’s recent profit growth against risks like limited operating history and dependence on key promoters.
Punjab-based healthcare provider ABH Healthcare, which operates the Anil Baghi Hospital, is set to launch its initial public offering on August 24, 2026. The company is aiming to raise ₹34.98 crore through a fresh issue of shares, with a price band fixed at ₹96 to ₹102 per share. The subscription window will remain open for three days, closing on August 26, 2026, with plans for the shares to be listed on the NSE SME Emerge platform on September 1, 2026.
A primary focus of this fundraising is debt reduction. The company has earmarked approximately ₹17 crore—nearly half of the total issue size—to repay existing loans. This move is generally aimed at improving the company’s financial health by lowering interest costs. In addition to debt repayment, the company plans to allocate ₹5 crore for working capital requirements and use the remaining balance to pursue expansion opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
The company, which manages a 150-bed multi-speciality facility in Ferozepur, has reported growth in its financial performance over the past three fiscal years. Revenue rose from ₹41.38 crore in FY24 to ₹52.51 crore in FY26. Profit after tax also saw a notable increase, rising from ₹1.66 crore in FY24 to ₹5.64 crore in FY26.
Investors should consider specific business risks associated with this offering. The company is relatively young, having been incorporated in 2021, which means it has a limited history as a corporate entity. Furthermore, the hospital’s success is significantly tied to its key promoters, Dr. Kamal Baghi and Dr. Saurabh Baghi. Any major change in their involvement could impact clinical operations. Like other healthcare providers, the company also faces strict regulatory oversight, and changes in health insurance policies or government healthcare regulations could affect its revenue stream.
