Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from PFC Consulting Ltd for a significant transmission system project in Gujarat's Khavda region. The project involves establishing a 2,500 MW HVDC system, 1,200 km long, to evacuate renewable power. This announcement comes as the company reported a 21% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹534 crore for the quarter ended September, though revenue rose 6.7% and EBITDA improved significantly.
