Eternal Ltd, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, has welcomed the notification of India's four new labor codes. The company believes these codes will significantly improve social security for gig workers and does not foresee a detrimental financial impact on its business. The new framework defines gig and platform work for the first time and requires aggregators to contribute to worker welfare.
