Speaking from Jerusalem, he clarified that market access decisions are made case-by-case, considering each nation's sensitivities. Goyal also highlighted the strong India-US partnership and mentioned ongoing FTA negotiations with the United States, European Union, MERCOSUR, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
