Detailed Coverage:

Nykaa, in partnership with BookMyShow Live, has launched its experiential beauty and lifestyle festival, Nykaaland, in Delhi-NCR for the first time, following successful editions in Mumbai. The event is held at the NSIC Grounds in Okhla from November 7 to 9.

The festival showcases over 60 Indian and international beauty brands, including YSL Beauty, Dolce&Gabbana Beauty, Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, TIRTIR, IT Cosmetics, Kay Beauty, Simply Nam, Minimalist, and RENÉE Cosmetics. It also features celebrity-led masterclasses by renowned makeup artists like Namrata Soni and Daniel Bauer, and live performances by artists such as Prateek Kuhad.

Anchit Nayar, CEO of Nykaa Beauty, stated that Delhi is a natural progression due to its status as an active beauty market and aims to deepen consumer engagement. Owen Roncon of BookMyShow highlighted Delhi's fashion-conscious audience as ideal for building Nykaaland into a national platform. This expansion aligns with the growing consumer demand for experience-driven retail. Previous Mumbai editions attracted over 40,000 attendees.

Complementing the event launch, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd (Nykaa's parent company) announced strong financial results for the second quarter of FY26. Net profit surged 3.4 times to ₹34.43 crore from ₹10.04 crore in the prior year. Revenue from operations grew by 25.1% year-on-year to ₹2,345.98 crore. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) increased by 53%, with margins expanding to 6.8%. Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) saw a 30% year-on-year increase to ₹4,744 crore, driven by strong performance in both beauty and fashion segments.

**Impact** This dual development of expanding its offline experiential presence and reporting robust financial growth signals Nykaa's strategic momentum in capturing the evolving Indian beauty market. The festival aims to strengthen brand loyalty and consumer connection, while the financial results indicate operational efficiency and market strength. The news is positive for FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd and potentially its investors. Impact Rating: 8/10
