Reliance's Campa and Lahori Zeera have doubled their market share in India's ₹60,000 crore soft drinks market to nearly 15% in January-September 2025. This growth, driven by ₹10 price points, has eaten into Coca-Cola and PepsiCo's combined share, which has fallen to 85% from 93%. Despite limited national presence and a rain-affected summer, these newer brands are challenging the established duopoly, forcing incumbents to react with new pack sizes.
