Ozi Lands $6.2M Series A to Grow Baby Product Quick Commerce

Gurugram-based Ozi, a quick commerce platform for baby and kids' products, has closed a $6.2 million Series A funding round. The investment, led by RTP Global, reflects strong investor confidence in the company's strategy and growth potential.

Expanding Reach and Capabilities

The new funding will support Ozi's expansion efforts, particularly in the Gurugram and National Capital Region (NCR) markets. Capital will also be invested in strengthening brand trust, enhancing technology, and optimizing operations to ensure fast, 60-minute deliveries. The company aims to broaden its product range, which currently features over 15,000 items.

Ozi's Growth and Market Focus

Launched in 2025, Ozi has established a niche by offering a carefully chosen range of toys, apparel, feeding supplies, and pharmacy items for parents. The platform reports significant growth, expanding its service area from Gurugram to Noida. Ozi's mission is to simplify shopping for busy parents by providing a trusted, one-stop platform with convenient delivery options.

Investor and CEO Insights

Amit Sah, Ozi's founder and CEO, stated that the platform focuses on convenience through product discovery and brand trust, in addition to rapid delivery. Madhur Makkar, principal at RTP Global, praised Sah's operational expertise and his understanding of parents' evolving needs. Sajith Pai of Blume Ventures commented on Ozi's strong operational foundation, which positions it for future scaling.

Prior Funding Rounds

This Series A follows Ozi's $3.3 million seed funding secured in October 2025, which was instrumental in launching and building the company's operations. This sustained investor backing highlights the perceived opportunity within the fast-growing quick commerce sector for specialized categories.
