Strategic Expansion and Future Outlook
Managing Director Santosh Ladha attributed the business growth to the brand's increasing strength and an expanding customer base, supported by a well-established distribution network that has facilitated deeper market penetration. The company has successfully transitioned from a manufacturing entity to a notable player in the branded kidswear segment, emphasizing product innovation and market expansion.
Direct-to-Consumer Initiative
A significant strategic move for Iris Clothings is the upcoming launch of a dedicated Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform. This initiative aims to create a future-ready omnichannel ecosystem, deepen customer engagement, broaden digital reach, and provide valuable consumer insights to accelerate data-driven innovation.
