Farm-to-home organic dairy company Akshayakalpa Organic is in the final stages of raising Rs 350 crore (approx. $40 million) in a funding round led by ABC Impact, an impact investing firm backed by Temasek. Infosys founder Narayana Murthy's family office, Catamaran Ventures, is also reportedly in talks to invest. The funds will primarily be used for expanding operations to new cities like Mumbai and Pune, and to enhance its product portfolio with healthier options, including high-protein items and ragi-based snacks. This investment is expected to more than triple the company's valuation to Rs 1,500 crore.
