Indiqube Spaces: ICICI Securities Initiates Buy With Rs 263 Target

ICICI Securities has started coverage on flexible workspace provider Indiqube Spaces with a 'BUY' rating and a price target of Rs 263. The brokerage highlights strong growth projections as the company narrows its quarterly losses and improves occupancy levels. Investors should track the company's ability to maintain high occupancy and manage operating costs as it expands its footprint.

Brokerage firm ICICI Securities has initiated coverage on Indiqube Spaces, setting a price target of Rs 263. This move comes as the company focuses on scaling its flexible workspace business and improving its financial performance.

Indiqube Spaces, which is listed on both the NSE and BSE, recently reported its results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The company narrowed its standalone net loss to Rs 23.9 crore, an improvement from the loss of Rs 36.8 crore reported in the same period last year. The brokerage's positive outlook is largely tied to expectations of strong revenue and profit growth, with projections for a compound annual growth rate of 26% for revenue and 31% for EBITDA between fiscal years 2026 and 2028.

Operational success is currently driven by the company's ability to fill its office spaces. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, the company reported that occupancy in its mature centers reached 90%, marking an increase of 200 basis points compared to the previous quarter. This utilization rate is a key factor for the business, as higher occupancy directly supports revenue growth and improves operating margins.

Looking ahead, the company has indicated plans to add between 1.5 million and 2 million square feet of operational space in the current fiscal year. The management has provided revenue growth guidance in the range of 25% to 30% for the year, reflecting confidence in the demand for flexible workspaces.

While the growth projections are positive, investors should also consider the inherent risks in this business model. Indiqube Spaces operates in a sector that is highly sensitive to real estate market changes and corporate leasing trends. A shift in work culture, such as a greater move toward remote working, could impact demand for office space. Additionally, the company faces potential financial pressure from its debt; current data shows a low interest coverage ratio, which indicates that the company has limited buffer to pay interest on its borrowings. As a result, the company’s ability to maintain high occupancy rates while managing fixed operating expenses remains a critical factor for long-term profitability.

Going forward, the key things for investors to monitor will be the execution of its planned capacity expansion, the sustainability of its 90% occupancy rate, and its ability to reduce debt pressure as it scales up.
