IIHL acquired a 60% stake in Invesco Asset Management India (IAMI), with Invesco retaining 40% and joint sponsor status. IAMI is India's 16th largest asset manager, overseeing ₹1.48 lakh crore in AUM across 40 cities. The venture combines Invesco's investment expertise with IIHL's extensive distribution network to enhance market reach, especially in smaller cities. The existing management team will continue operations.
