IndusInd International Holdings Ltd (IIHL), a part of the Hinduja Group, has completed its joint venture with US-based Invesco Ltd. IIHL acquired a 60% stake in Invesco Asset Management India (IAMI), with Invesco retaining 40% and joint sponsor status. IAMI is India's 16th largest asset manager, overseeing ₹1.48 lakh crore in AUM across 40 cities.
