Public Sector Banks Launch Digital Lending Platform for MSMEs, Targeting ₹3 Lakh Crore by 2030

A new digital lending platform, PSB Xchange, will launch in January 2026, connecting 12 public sector banks with fintech entities to finance Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The initiative aims to disburse ₹3 lakh crore by 2030, providing formal credit at sub-10% interest rates and increasing access for businesses currently underserved by traditional financing.
