On November 17, a notable bulk deal involved WF Asia Fund, managed by Hong Kong-headquartered alternative investment manager WFM Asia, offloading 7.75 percent of its equity stake in 5paisa Capital. In a counter-move, Shubhi Consultancy Services acquired a significant portion of these shares, buying 3.03 lakh shares at ₹292.94 and 19.12 lakh shares at ₹290.69, amounting to a 7.09 percent stake worth ₹64.47 crore. Despite the large stake sale by WF Asia Fund, shares of 5paisa Capital rebounded sharply by 9 percent, closing at ₹315.20 on the NSE after several days of consolidation. Previously, the stock had been under pressure since July.

  • Onesource Specialty Pharma: The stock rallied 3.24 percent to ₹1,788.2. Promoter entity Karuna Business Solutions LLP acquired 2 lakh shares (0.17 percent stake) for ₹34.7 crore from Amansa Holdings.
