Ascertis Credit has announced the first close of its fourth fund (Fund IV), successfully raising USD 520 million (approximately INR 4600 crore). The fund targets USD 1 billion and has attracted diverse global and Indian institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Fund IV will focus on providing customized credit solutions to high-growth businesses in India and Singapore-Southeast Asia, aiming for low-volatility, attractive risk-adjusted returns.
