Detailed Coverage :

SJS Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of aesthetic components for the automotive and consumer appliance sectors, saw its shares climb to a new high of ₹1,625.90, marking a 4% increase during Thursday's trading session on the BSE. This surge is driven by optimistic expectations for robust earnings and follows a three-day rally where the stock gained 9%. Notably, SJS Enterprises has more than doubled its value, soaring 101% from its 52-week low of ₹809.50 recorded on March 17, 2025.

The company's strong performance continued into the April-June 2025 quarter (Q1FY26), marking its 23rd consecutive quarter of outperformance. SJS Enterprises reported an 11.2% year-on-year consolidated revenue growth to ₹210 crore, primarily boosted by the automotive segment, which saw a 22.8% rise. This significantly outpaced the industry's growth of 1.2%. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) also grew by 16.3% year-on-year to ₹58.7 crore, with EBITDA margins expanding by 160 basis points to 27.6%.

Key developments fueling this momentum include the addition of Hero MotoCorp as a major domestic customer and securing export business in the US market from companies like Autoliv and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The company also added Yazaki as a domestic automotive customer. Management highlighted ongoing efforts to expand its North American footprint.

Impact: This news is highly positive for SJS Enterprises and its shareholders. The stock's upward trajectory, driven by strong financial results and strategic customer wins, suggests continued investor confidence. The company's focus on premiumization, smart surfaces, and export market expansion positions it well for future growth, potentially benefiting the auto ancillary sector and related industries. The analyst target price indicates further upside potential. Rating: 8/10
