Detailed Coverage :

The second-generation Hyundai Venue will be launched on November 4, 2025, with bookings already open. This major update brings a new design philosophy, 'Tech up. Go beyond.', leading to increased dimensions for better cabin space and road presence. Exterior highlights include quad-beam LED headlamps, a dark chrome grille, and horizon-style tail lamps, available in six monotone and two dual-tone colours. The interior features a dual-tone theme, a large 12.3-inch panoramic display merging infotainment and digital cluster, electric driver seat, and improved rear legroom. Powertrain options remain the 1.2-litre Kappa MPi petrol, 1.0-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol, and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel, with manual, automatic, and DCT transmissions. A key upgrade is the Level 2 ADAS suite with 16 advanced driver assistance features, alongside over 65 standard safety features including six airbags and ESC.

Impact: This launch is crucial for Hyundai Motor India as the Venue is a strong contender in the competitive compact SUV market. The introduction of advanced features like Level 2 ADAS could set new benchmarks, potentially boosting sales and market share for Hyundai. This increased competition will pressure rivals like Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, and Tata Nexon to innovate further. Investor sentiment towards Hyundai could see a positive uplift if the new model performs well. Rating: 6/10.

TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System): A system that monitors air pressure inside pneumatic tyres and alerts the driver if pressure is too low.
