Bajaj Auto Ltd has finalized its acquisition of a majority stake in Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM AG, securing final approval from European regulators for the €800 million deal. This transaction transforms Bajaj Auto's indirect stake into a controlling interest, making KTM an indirect subsidiary. As part of the completion, Pierer Bajaj AG is renamed Bajaj Auto International Holdings AG, and KTM's holding company, Pierer Mobility AG, is now Bajaj Mobility AG.
