Landmark PSU Bank Deal
State Bank of India awarded CMS Info Systems a ₹1,000 crore, 10-year contract for integrated cash solutions across 5,000 of its ATMs nationwide. The agreement, scheduled to commence in January 2026, represents a significant move for the public sector lender in outsourcing critical cash management operations.
This marks the first direct, large-scale cash outsourcing contract awarded by a public sector undertaking (PSU) bank to an ATM player. CMS Info Systems will provide managed services aimed at improving cash efficiency and significantly increasing ATM uptime for millions of State Bank of India customers.
Revenue Outlook Boost
CMS Info Systems anticipates incremental revenue growth of approximately ₹500 crore from this landmark deal. Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer at CMS Infosystems, stated the contract offers substantial stability and supports the company's active role in stabilizing ATM operations across India.
Strengthening SBI Partnership
The win underscores a clear industry preference for integrated solutions in bank outsourcing. It further solidifies the existing relationship between CMS and SBI, building on previous collaborations for complex projects including multi-vendor software solutions and AI-driven vision systems.
